A job search is high-stakes. People are deciding where they spend their time, how they support families, and what they do next. The product has to be built with that seriousness. ### Real jobs first We collect jobs directly from company websites in real time and filter out external recruiting agencies and fake consulting firms. ### Search that respects context A title match is not enough. The product is built around location rules, compensation, skills, seniority, company signals, and job description details. ### No pay-to-win job discovery The job seeker experience should be useful before it is monetized. Relevance, freshness, and quality should matter more than who paid for attention. ## Our story The first HiringCafe experiment started with a simple observation: job boards had enough postings, but not enough trust. Search results were noisy, reposts were everywhere, and useful filters were missing.
