Job description

岗位职责
1、协助项目经理跟进项目交付全流程，包括需求确认、排期、执行、验收等环节
2、协调内部各团队（研发、设计、测试、运营等）资源，确保项目按计划推进
3、负责项目文档整理与维护，包括项目计划、会议纪要、进度报告、风险清单等
4、跟踪项目关键节点和里程碑，及时发现并反馈项目风险与问题
5、协助组织项目相关会议（启动会、周会、评审会等），做好会议记录与跟进事项闭环
6、协助与客户/业务方沟通对接，收集反馈并同步至项目团队
7、参与项目复盘总结，协助整理交付经验与最佳实践

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机、自动化、AI、软件工程等相关专业优先
2、具备良好的逻辑思维能力和结构化表达能力，做事细致、条理清晰
3、良好的沟通协调能力，能够跨部门推动事情落地
4、熟练使用Office/WPS办公软件（Excel、PPT），熟练使用各类AI办公工具，可独立输出PPT、专业技术文档优先；
5、加分项：有VibeCoding开发作品、AI演示Demo搭建、对客汇报方案及demo能力；

1、结构化思维：能够拆解复杂问题，理清项目脉络
2、主人翁意识：主动跟进、主动汇报，不推诿不掉链子
3、学习能力强：能快速理解业务逻辑与产品知识
4、抗压性好：适应快节奏、多线程的工作环境
