Management Trainee - Inventory Management Team

We are hiring a Management Trainee (Corporate Finance – Inventory Management Group) to support physical inventory count, stock audit, inventory reconciliation, and inventory control operations for supermarket and retail merchandise.

This role is ideal for candidates interested in inventory management, warehouse operations, retail operations, corporate finance operations, and field audit work.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct and assist in physical inventory count / stock taking
• Support inventory audit, inventory reconciliation, and stock accuracy validation
• Assist in warehouse and retail inventory management operations
• Coordinate with store teams during inventory control and audit activities
• Perform field-based inventory monitoring across multiple locations
• Ensure timely and accurate inventory reporting and documentation

Qualifications

• College graduate (any course)
• Experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, retail operations, or stock control is an advantage
• Physically fit and able to perform field work / on-site inventory audit
• Willing to travel and be assigned to different locations
• Able to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
• Comfortable working in field/warehouse environments
