Full time 2nd Shift (Mon -Thu)
Summary: Responsible for a variety of tasks, which may include but is not limited to laser mark, deburring, washing and drying parts, tumbling, polishing, packaging, assembling, and anything else that may be needed for parts before they are ready to be shipped. Document manufacturing processes as required.

Education and/or Experience:
- High School Diploma
- Experience in a metal manufacturing work environment preferred

- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy and ability to detect errors
- Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
- Able to work with minimum supervision
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a safe manner
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Summary
Laser Mark/Weld/Cutting
- Operate and set-up the laser equipment to ensure all product/part conform to customer specifications and/or process prints.
- Visually validate laser equipment to ensure desired outcomes are achieved.
- Measures any dimensions using proper equipment to confirm program is correct (i.e., caliper, optical comparator, gauging) and adjusts as needed.
Grinding and Sanding
- Operate standard deburr & polish equipment (e.g. vibratory & barrel tumbling) in a production shop environment.
- Grinding, filing, buffing, sanding, polishing, and finishing metal parts to remove burrs and smooth contoured surfaces with small power & hand tools.
Coil Wind/Cut
- Assemble components to cylinder
- Perform machine and material set up
- Load cylinder to machine.
- Wind coil as per specs.
- Verify accuracy of winding per in-process checklist
- Unload and upend coil and position end assembly as required
