Position Overview
Sandy Mac Evolution LLC is seeking a Program Security Representative II to provide multi-discipline security support for one or more Special Access Programs at Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio. The position provides day-to-day analysis and security support across Collateral, SCI, and SAP activities and helps ensure program operations comply with applicable DoD and SAP security policy.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure adherence to applicable NISPOM, DoD, intelligence-community, and SAP security policies and procedures.
Assist in developing and executing approved procedures for safeguarding SAP, SCI, and collateral information supporting U.S. military operations.
Provide day-to-day security support and continuously assess procedures for security shortfalls and improvement opportunities.
Identify vulnerabilities, threats, and risks affecting test, training, and operational activities.
Assist in developing, implementing, and training the Operations Security (OPSEC) program.
Provide assistance and oversight to contractor and subordinate facilities.
Brief government, military, contractor, and senior civilian personnel on security-related topics.
Conduct and document SAP facility compliance reviews, follow-on reviews, and facility close-outs.
Monitor, report, and track corrective actions resulting from security compliance reviews.
Ensure timely notification of significant security matters to program technical and management personnel.
Support preliminary inquiries and damage assessments involving loss, compromise, or suspected compromise of classified or sensitive information.
Coordinate with SAP security personnel to incorporate lessons learned into security education and awareness activities.
Required Qualifications
8-10 years of related security experience.
Bachelor's degree in a related area or equivalent experience; program education equivalency permits four years of experience for a related bachelor's degree.
SAP experience is required.
SFPC and SPSC experience-equivalency credit may be applied in accordance with program rules; total SPED certification equivalency may not exceed five years.
Working knowledge of SAP security policy, NISPOM requirements, OPSEC, facility compliance, investigations, and security education.
Ability to brief personnel at all organizational levels and document security findings and corrective actions.
Security Requirements
Current active Top Secret/SCI eligibility is required.
Must be eligible for access to Special Access Program information.
Must be willing to submit to a Counterintelligence polygraph, as required by the task order.
