About the Role

Tas'heel Finance is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Agent to join our team in Najran. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting the company's financial products and services, generating new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with customers while ensuring exceptional service standards.

This role is ideal for individuals who are target-driven, enjoy interacting with customers, and are passionate about helping clients find the right financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell Tas'heel Finance products and services to prospective customers.
  • Identify new business opportunities through field sales activities, referrals, and customer outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable financing solutions.
  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall branch performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, applications, and sales activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Follow up with customers throughout the application and approval process.
  • Participate in sales campaigns, promotional activities, and community engagement initiatives.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the Sales Supervisor or Branch Manager.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.

Experience

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Customer Service, Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Telecommunications, or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Fresh graduates with strong communication and sales aptitude may also be considered.

Language Skills

  • Good communication skills in Arabic.
  • Basic English communication skills will be an advantage.

  • Excellent customer relationship management abilities.
  • Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet targets.
