As a Full Stack Developer within our Software and Product Innovation practice, you will be at the forefront of developing innovative software solutions that drive digital transformation and enhance business performance. You will leverage your technical skills and creative thinking to design, code, and test applications that revolutionize industries and deliver exceptional user experiences. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, grow your personal brand, and deepen your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work while embracing ambiguity and using these moments as opportunities to grow.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will utilize a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems. You will develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving, using critical thinking to break down complex concepts. Upholding professional and technical standards, you will interpret data to inform insights and recommendations, contributing to the firm's overall business strategies. Responsibilities
- Developing innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation and enhance business performance
- Designing, coding, and testing applications to deliver exceptional user experiences
- Utilizing programming languages such as Java, Python, and JavaScript to build scalable applications
- Implementing software development methodologies like Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD) and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD)
- Conducting code reviews and debugging to maintain quality software standards
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements
- Managing application lifecycle and software project planning to meet client needs
- Integrating enterprise applications and managing APIs for seamless system functionality
- Applying object-oriented design principles and microservices architecture to optimize software solutions
- Engaging in business process improvement and management to enhance operational efficiency
What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 3 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
