Who are we looking for?
What will you be doing?
1. AR reconciliation with customers, provide related information to customers and keep good communication with them.
2. Do cash application timely.
3. Review Credit Note and Special Release applications.
4. Order release in ERP (JDE / SAP).
5. Collaborate with internal team on checking RPA closing reports, such as AR Aging, BDR, GL adjustment entry.
6. Cash inflow forecast.
7. Explanation of Fluctuations in AR-Related Data.
8. Credit term and limit maintenance.
9. Customer and Vendor Master Data maintenance and review.
10. Handle FSS service now ticket related OTC and MDM.
11. BS recon supporting document preparation.
12. Support audit work timely.
13. Support improvement project.
14. Maintain SOP document.
15. Ad hoc tasks assigned by manager.
Who are You?
Education and language requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university.
2. Three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
3. Proficient English and Chinese languages capability – listening, speaking, reading and writing abilities.

What competencies will you need?
To be successful in this role, you will need to
1. Have a good command of accounting knowledge.
2. Familiar with SAP system (SAP S4 is preferred).
3. Have a positive working attitude and team spirit.
