Point University is seeking part-time instructors in Mathematics for its DE programs in-person in the Peachtree City area. Primary teaching responsibilities may include:
- MTH 113: Intermediate Algebra
- MTH 120: College Algebra
- MTH 191: Pre-Calculus
- Other courses within the discipline/subject
Requirements
- Master’s degree with 18 graduate semester hours in the subject field; doctorate preferred.
- Effective teaching ability/excellent communication skills
- Basic computer literacy
- Prior teaching experience at the collegiate level preferred
- Experience with Canvas LMS preferred
- Willingness to be a professional role model and mentor.
- Commitment to undergraduate education, professional growth, service, and scholarship in a distinctively Christian setting, including agreement with the University’s mission and goals, values, and doctrinal statement.
