The ideal candidate should be highly organized, quick to understand tasks, and possess excellent English communication skills—both written and verbal. You will handle a variety of administrative duties including data entry, email correspondence, and vendor coordination.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values accuracy, and can work independently while managing multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

-Perform data entry and maintain organized spreadsheets using Excel or Google Sheets.

-Manage email communications — respond promptly and professionally to internal and external inquiries.

-Assist with quote requests, vendor communications, and basic purchasing coordination.

-Support day-to-day operations with various administrative and clerical tasks.

-Ensure records and documents are properly managed, updated, and accessible.
