Objective This role supports a variety of Managers and Directors in accomplishing administrative tasks associated with the company’s daily business and special projects.
Primary Responsibilities
This role is responsible for coordinating and supporting several Managers and Directors with their tasks. These tasks include, but are not limited to:
- Update and maintain due date list
- E-file tax returns and extensions
- Scan and upload various documents to proprietary system
- Prepare engagement letters, invoices, and other professional communications to clients
- Prepare/final Form(s) to be sent to client (ie 1099/941/TWC)
- Back-up for front desk
- Maintaining confidentiality and performing all tasks in keeping with established protocols for security
- Maintains an effective, systematic and timely filing system
- Codes, scans, files and distributes communications effectively
- Assists with coordinating meetings, and events as needed
Working Conditions
- This is an in-office role
- Due to the nature of the business deadline days will require late hours, and vacation may not me taken surround those deadline days.

Qualifications
Education and Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Office 365)
- Professional and Presentable with Strong Ethics and Problem-Solving abilities
- Trustworthiness with confidential and sensitive information
- Dependable, reliable, patience, tact, confidence, and flexibility
- Ability to multitask, remain calm and work independently and prioritize workload.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Attention to detail
- At least 3 years in an office support role
