Position Duties
EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION:
Every 15 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as six months of experience.

Job Duties:
- Managed SAP/LaGOV maintenance operations by creating and updating work orders, processing MIGO/IW21/IW31 transactions, tracking equipment repairs, auditing inventory, analyzing maintenance data, and ensuring accurate documentation, reporting, and cost allocation for shop operations.
- Coordinated parts procurement and inventory management by ordering approximately $500K annually in replacement parts for more than 800 vehicles and equipment assets, maintaining warehouse inventory, processing requisitions, researching contracts, and ensuring timely parts availability.
- Performed quality control and vendor coordination by inspecting incoming parts, verifying invoices and contract compliance, resolving discrepancies with vendors and warehouse personnel, and collaborating with supervisors and mechanics to support efficient maintenance operations.

Appointment Type: This position may be filled by probation, promotion or detail to special duty.
Compensation: The starting hourly rate for an Administrative Coordinator 4 is $15.76.
