As an Advanced Software Developer, you will play a key role in developing modern frontend applications while contributing to high-quality software delivery and operational excellence.

You'll collaborate closely with Product Owners, UX/UI Designers, Backend Developers, QA Engineers, and DevOps teams to deliver responsive, scalable, and high-performance web applications that support business growth and digital transformation.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Develop, enhance, and maintain modern web applications using React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Build responsive, reusable, and user-friendly frontend components following best development practices.
• Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Collaborate with UX/UI Designers to transform wireframes and designs into high-quality user interfaces.
• Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Work closely with Backend, QA, and DevOps teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Participate in application deployment using Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and OpenShift environments.
• Troubleshoot application issues and provide production support when required.
• Contribute to technical documentation, coding standards, and frontend development best practices.
• Explore AI technologies and modern development tools to improve software quality and engineering productivity.
• Continuously improve application performance, maintainability, and user experience.

What You'll Set You Up for Success

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
• 3–7 years of experience in Frontend Software Development or related roles.
• Strong proficiency in React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frontend development practices.
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs with frontend applications.
• Good understanding of responsive web design and browser compatibility.
• Experience working with Git and Agile software development methodologies.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and OpenShift is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Oracle Database, SQL Server, and SQL.
• Experience working in Linux environments (Red Hat preferred).
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Enterprise Application Development is an advantage.
• Knowledge of AI integration or AI-assisted software development is a plus.
