Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field, plus a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree, plus a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:
Department of Defense Secret security clearance is obtainable within a reasonable amount of time after hire. As an Advanced Technical Scrum Master (Adv Software Engr) for the Torpedo Systems Group, you will lead agile execution for highly technical multi-discipline teams including facilitation of agile ceremonies and driving agile maturation. You will work closely with Program and Engineering leadership to provide status, develop plans, maintain metrics, and communicate with stakeholders and customers.

- Strong background in Agile Methodologies with preferred experience in Scaled Agile Framework

Salary Note:

Combined Salary Range:
USD $115,000.00 - USD $120,000.00 /Yr.
