Job description

1、探索业界前沿大模型的工程化技术，打造基于LLM的企业级、高可用的工具链和应用系统
2、根据具体需求或者垂域场景提升模型能力和降低部署成本，提供高性价比的模型解决方案
3、与产品、工具链、系统软件等同学密切配合，提升系统体验

1、硕士及以上学历，有相关领域高水平论文发表者优先，0-5年工作经验，实习与校招岗位同步在招
2、具备扎实的后台研发能力，熟练掌握Golang/Python等编程语言，有系统架构设计经验者优先
3、有大模型工程化应用落地经验者优先，包括并不限于Agent、RAG等
4、有大模型部署、推理加速、蒸馏、量化等经验者优先
