About the Product


We’re developing an AI-driven digital mortgage origination platform that unifies POS, LOS, CRM, pricing, borrower engagement, partner collaboration, workflow automation, and compliance tools in one system. It helps mortgage brokers, banks, credit unions, and independent mortgage banks streamline loan applications, automate repetitive tasks, manage borrower and partner communication, collect documents, access real-time pricing, monitor loan status, and reduce operational friction across the mortgage lifecycle.

About the Team


Our team is a combined Software Product and Engineering team (incl. QA and DevOps) that owns the entire platform and our ways of working based on the Agentic AI SDLC powered by Devin.ai The entire team is international and distributed across the United States, Ukraine, Poland.

Responsibility


  • Design and develop software application with Devin.ai
  • Analyze requirements and collaborate with the team to produce thoughtful software solutions
  • Maintain architecture and coding standards, user power of AI while retaining code quality
  • Facilitate engineering operation process to ensure high-quality software solutions concerning engineering excellence

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience working in Agentic AI SDLC using Devin.ai, Claude Code or similar instruments
  • In-depth knowledge of C# and .NET Core
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented development, use of design patterns and approaches (DDD, Clean Architecture)
  • Experience with EF, e.g., code first, migrations, writing performance-optimized queries, knowledge of SQL Server (T-SQL)
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience with React/Redux ecosystem with deep understanding how it works
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to effectively communicate with colleagues and client
  • Experience with Azure is a plus
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities quickly, handling multiple tasks simultaneously, and be innovative where needed
