We are seeking a highly skilled AI Full Stack Developer with 5–6 years of experience in Artificial Intelligence and full-stack application development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in delivering production-grade AI solutions, with proven involvement in at least two end-to-end AI projects deployed in production environments.
The candidate should possess strong expertise in AI application development, cloud infrastructure, deployment, and AgentOps practices to build scalable, reliable, and enterprise-ready AI solutions.
Technical Skills & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end AI-powered applications using modern AI frameworks and full-stack technologies.
- Build and deliver production-grade AI solutions with a focus on scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Develop, deploy, and manage AI agents and agent-based workflows in enterprise environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into business applications.
- Optimize AI models and applications for production deployment and operational efficiency.
- Implement cloud-native AI solutions on Microsoft Azure.
- Manage application deployment using containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Establish and maintain AgentOps and MLOps best practices for model lifecycle management, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure high availability, observability, and performance of AI applications in production.
Required Skills:
- 4-6 years of relevant AI development experience.
- Experience building end-to-end AI applications using modern AI frameworks and APIs.
- Strong understanding of backend and frontend development for AI-powered applications.
- Experience developing and integrating AI agents and intelligent workflows.
- Hands-on experience managing production AI environments.
- Strong understanding of AgentOps practices, including: Model versioning
Continuous monitoring
Production deployment lifecycle management
Performance monitoring and optimization
Incident management and operational support - Experience designing and scaling AI applications on Microsoft Azure.
- Knowledge of cloud-native architectures and scalable infrastructure design.
- Practical experience with:Docker
Kubernetes - Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines for AI applications.
- Knowledge of containerized deployments and orchestration for enterprise environments.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with enterprise AI platforms and Large Language Model (LLM) applications.
- Exposure to Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, and multi-agent architectures.
- Understanding of AI governance, security, and responsible AI practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
