The successful candidate will leverage, analyze, and integrate multi-discipline intelligence data (including GEOINT, SIGINT, HUMINT, and OSINT) to produce deep, predictive assessments regarding political, military, economic, and threat landscape dynamics across the U.S. Central Command (USCENTCOM) Area of Responsibility (AOR).

This is a full-time, on-site position, which requires a TOP SECRET clearance.

This position is contingent upon contract award.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Product Generation: Author high-quality intelligence assessments, threat briefs, and regional country studies adhering strictly to Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 203 analytic standards.
  • Collection & Requirement Management: Identify critical intelligence gaps, formulate complex intelligence requirements, and coordinate with collection managers to steer assets toward target gaps.
  • Briefing Senior Leadership: Build and deliver expert-level intelligence briefings to the USARCENT G2 leadership, theater commanders, and joint interagency partners during scheduled command reviews and crisis actions.
  • Target & Order of Battle Tracking: Maintain and update comprehensive databases detailing foreign military orders of battle, doctrine, tactics, equipment capabilities, and non-state actor networks.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Intelligence Studies, National Security, Middle Eastern Studies, International Relations, or a related field (equivalent military intelligence analyst experience may be substituted).
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of specialized military or contractor all-source intelligence analysis experience (Army 35F/350F/35D or joint equivalent background). Specific analytical focus on the Middle East or Central/South Asia regions is highly preferred.
  • Technical Systems: High proficiency operating on Joint Enterprise networks, utilizing tools such as JWICS, SIPRNet, DCGS-A, Palantir, Analyst Notebook, and regional intelligence databases.
  • Clearance: Active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is mandatory at the time of application.
  • Skills: Mastery of structured analytic techniques (SATs), excellent written communication, and a strong understanding of adversary military doctrine and regional geopolitical drivers.

Benefits & Compensation:

  • Health & Wellness: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance packages with company contribution. Short-term and long-term disability, alongside company-paid life insurance.
  • Retirement Planning: 401(k) retirement plan with an immediate company match of up to 4% (100% vested from day one).
  • Paid Time Off (PTO): 10 days of accrued PTO annually, plus 11 paid Federal Holidays.
  • Deployment Differentials: Separate post-differential or hazard pay incentives apply during designated forward-deployment periods within the USCENTCOM AOR.
