Job Description:Provides technical leadership and assumes overall accountability for a successful implementation phase on all client projects. Oversees employee and partners, ensures solutions are properly architect and specified and partners with the project manager to Key Responsibility

- Responsible for Requirements Analysis, Design, Coding, Unit Testing, Integration
Testing and Deployment

- Responsible for Development/Support/Maintenance of Core Products

- Manages the technical rollout and post-deliverable technical strategy

- Responsible for working with Project manager to set and review overall quality of deliverables

- Address issues in performance, scalability and manageability in programming efforts

- Effective Project Documentation.
