Summary:
As an Application Developer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications that align with business processes and meet specific application requirements. This role requires a thoughtful approach to understanding the needs of the business and translating them into functional and efficient applications. The workday often includes collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that the applications developed are robust, scalable, and tailored to support organizational goals effectively. Continuous refinement and adjustment of applications to adapt to evolving business demands are also key aspects of the daily routine.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze application requirements.
- Ensure the applications developed are aligned with business objectives and technical standards.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to maintain optimal performance.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when necessary.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IBM WebSphere DataPower.
- Strong understanding of application design and development principles.
- Experience in configuring and deploying enterprise-level applications.
- Ability to analyze and optimize application performance.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and middleware solutions.
- Competence in troubleshooting and debugging complex application issues.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in IBM WebSphere DataPower.
- This position is based at our BDC6F - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
