Our portfolio combines Electronic Design Automation (EDA), Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE), and multi-physics simulation technologies to support the design of high-frequency electronics, high-speed digital systems, modules, and integrated circuits.

About the Role
Keysight is looking for a Senior Application Engineer / Product Manager to help drive the development of next-generation multi-physics simulation solutions for electronic design workflows.
In this role, you will work at the intersection of electronics engineering, simulation technology, and product strategy. You will collaborate closely with R&D teams, customers, and internal stakeholders to define simulation workflows that integrate thermal and mechanical analysis into electronic design environments.
Your mission is to translate real engineering challenges into product requirements and help shape solutions that enable engineers to simulate complex systems where electrical, thermal, and mechanical effects interact.
This position combines deep technical understanding of electronic design workflows with product ownership and customer-facing activities, making it ideal for engineers who enjoy bridging engineering challenges with product innovation.
Responsibilities:
• Define and develop multi-physics simulation workflows that integrate electrical, thermal, and mechanical analysis within electronic design environments.
• Translate complex customer engineering problems into clear product requirements for R&D teams.
• Act as Product Manager / technical owner for simulation solutions within an agile software development environment.
• Collaborate with R&D, marketing, and support teams to develop complete solutions addressing real customer design challenges.
• Engage with customers and field engineers to understand emerging use cases in electronics system design, PCB design, and subsystem modeling.
• Support go-to-market activities, including product positioning, technical presentations, and customer demonstrations.
• Drive adoption of new solutions together with Keysight’s global sales and applications organization.
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or a related discipline
• Strong understanding of electronic design workflows (PCB, modules, subsystems, or IC-level design)
• Experience with engineering simulation tools used in electronics design or system modeling
• Knowledge of thermal, mechanical, or electromagnetic effects in electronic systems
• Ability to translate engineering challenges into technical product requirements
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work across R&D, marketing, and customer teams
• Excellent communication skills in English
