Summary
We are looking for
passionate and skilled Application Engineers in Structural Simulation to join
our growing technical team. In this role, you will apply your expertise in structural
mechanics and multiphysics simulations using ANSYS tools to help customers
solve real-world engineering challenges. You will contribute to technical
engagements, presales activities, and customer training that drive successful
simulation adoption and measurable value creation.
Key
Responsibilities:
· Deliver
technical expertise in structural simulations using ANSYS Mechanical and
related tools.
· Support
presales activities by participating in technical discovery, product
demonstrations, and evaluations.
· Engage
with customers to understand design workflows, identify simulation
opportunities, and articulate the value of ANSYS solutions.
· Provide
high-quality technical support, ensuring timely and effective resolution of
customer issues.
· Conduct
training sessions and workshops to help customers enhance their simulation
skills and tool utilization.
· Develop
and document simulation best practices, FAQs, and technical knowledge assets
for internal and customer use.
· Collaborate
with CADFEM’s Go-To-Market (GTM) and technical teams to ensure successful
customer outcomes and satisfaction.
· Stay
updated on advanced structural technologies and multiphysics capabilities to
expand technical depth.
Requirements
· Master’s degree in
Mechanical, Automobile or related engineering disciplines.
· 3–8 years of
experience in structural analysis or simulation-based product development
· Strong fundamentals
in solid mechanics, strength of materials, dynamics and finite element methods.
· Hands-on experience
with ANSYS Mechanical (or equivalent commercial FEA tools).
· Exposure
to advanced topics such as nonlinear analysis, fatigue, composites, or
optimization is preferred
· Basic scripting knowledge
(Python, APDL) or automation exposure is an advantage.
· Excellent
presentation, communication, and analytical problem-solving skills.
· Collaborative,
self-motivated, and detail-oriented with a passion for continuous learning.
· Willingness to
travel domestically up to 25–30%.
