Innovating Workflows
- Develop expertise in Simcenter Simlab software, specifically
for consumer electronics workflows involving PCB, MLB, and 3D IC analysis. - Develop and enhance new and existing multiphysics workflows
for electronics reliability applications. - Evaluate existing workflows, identify improvement
opportunities, and prototype new features in collaboration with the
Simcenter Simlab R&D team. - Test and validate workflow performance and recommend
improvements to enhance usability and efficiency.
Driving Adoption & Knowledge Sharing
- Create technical presentations, training materials, and white
papers to support user education and product adoption. - Develop comprehensive end-to-end tutorials in collaboration
with cross-functional teams. - Produce high-quality user documentation, reference manuals,
video content, and presentation materials. - Support beta programs by working with beta users and partners
to gather feedback and improve product workflows.
Ensuring Quality & Customer Success
- Assist Technical Product Managers in reproducing, testing,
and resolving customer-reported issues. - Collaborate with lead application engineers, product
definition teams, and developers to ensure successful implementation
through thorough testing and validation
Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience in thermo-mechanical simulation
or electronics reliability applications. - Strong proficiency in FEA tools such as SimLab,
ANSYS, Abaqus, or similar platforms. - Experience with PCB, 3D IC/package analysis, thermal
management, and drop/shock reliability workflows. - Solid understanding of solid mechanics, including
stress, strain, elasticity, and plasticity. - Experience with linear and nonlinear static and dynamic
analyses. - Familiarity with EDA workflows and PCB/3D IC design
principles. - Ability to develop and optimize simulation workflows
for electronics applications. - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical,
Electrical, or Electronics Engineering. - Strong communication and problem-solving skills with
the ability to work independently in a contract role.
