  • Performing basic data scrubbing, analysis, and interpretation.
  • Conduct desktop review and quality evaluation of internal, external, and client materials.
  • Review technical specifications, work orders, certificates of completion, and invoices for energy efficiency projects.
  • Upload records into the program database and process applications for program incentive payments per established policies and procedures.
  • Process paperwork for program incentive payments per established policies and procedures.
  • Ability to apply detailed knowledge of organizational procedures to make independent decisions and serve as a credible resource for a senior management team.

What we need you to have (minimum qualifications):

  • Associate's degree or higher
  • 1+ Years of professional work experience (or applicants can substitute one year of related education for one year of work experience)
  • Must be able to pass a background check

Professional Skills:

  • Ability to prioritize and deliver high-quality work.
  • Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and contribute as a team player.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across diverse teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze situations, identify existing or potential problems, recommend solutions, and escalate application issues appropriately.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel).

What we would like you to have:

  • Knowledge of, or experience in, residential energy efficiency, weatherization, HVAC, residential construction, or similar trades.
  • Experience analyzing and reporting trends.

AdNet is built on the foundation of unconditional Acceptance and belonging in our practices, processes, and relationships.
