Your role will be pivotal in maintaining the integrity and reliability of the software applications that are essential for business continuity.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate training sessions for junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Certified in Willow Inpatient + Willow Inventory + Willow Home Infusion + Beacon Oncology
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve software issues.
- Experience with troubleshooting and debugging software applications.
- Familiarity with system integration and data flow management.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in EPIC Systems.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
