- Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for application support.
- Provide training and guidance to junior team members on troubleshooting techniques.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Wireless Technologies Operations.
- Strong understanding of network protocols and wireless communication standards.
- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving application issues in real-time.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools to assess system performance and reliability.
- Ability to document processes and create user guides for application support.
