Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of system issues and minimize downtime.
- Document and communicate findings and solutions clearly to support knowledge sharing within the team.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance service delivery.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster their professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Vmware Virtualization Administration.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with AAAP (Accenture Advanced Analytics Platform).
- Strong understanding of virtualization concepts and infrastructure management.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to virtual environments.
- Experience with system monitoring and performance tuning in virtualized settings.
- Familiarity with backup, recovery, and disaster recovery procedures in virtualized systems.

- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Vmware Virtualization Administration.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
