- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and troubleshoot system issues effectively.
- Document findings and resolutions clearly to support knowledge sharing and future reference.
- Assist in the implementation of system updates and enhancements to improve overall business processes.
- Support junior team members by sharing insights and providing guidance on technical challenges.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex system issues.
- Experience in monitoring and maintaining critical business applications to ensure high availability.
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with business process workflows related to production planning and control.
- Capability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
