About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and curious Quality Engineering (QE) Apprentice to join our Quality Engineering team as part of our Early Careers program. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the very start of their software quality and testing journey who is eager to learn modern testing practices in a supportive, collaborative environment.
Working under the close guidance of experienced Quality Engineers, you'll build foundational skills in software testing, test automation, quality processes, and defect management, gradually growing your confidence as you learn our tools, standards, and ways of working. No prior professional or hands-on industry experience is required. What matters most is your willingness to learn, curiosity, attention to detail, and enthusiasm for delivering quality software.

What You'll Learn & Contribute To
Learn the fundamentals of software quality assurance, testing methodologies, and quality engineering practices with support from your mentor
Assist in executing functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing activities for web applications
Learn how to design, document, and execute test cases based on requirements and user stories
Develop good habits in reporting defects clearly and tracking issues through resolution
Gain exposure to test automation frameworks such as Playwright and Selenium, learning how automated testing improves software quality
Collaborate closely with Quality Engineers, Software Engineers, Product Managers, and other team members on well-defined tasks
Learn to validate user interfaces, APIs, and end-to-end workflows under guidance
Participate in sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies to understand how software teams operate
Take part in test reviews and quality discussions to build awareness of quality standards and best practices
Learn to analyze test results, troubleshoot simple issues, and support release validation activities under guidance
Understand and follow team quality processes, testing standards, and documentation practices
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (pursuing or recently completed) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
Foundational academic understanding of software development and testing concepts
Basic understanding of programming fundamentals such as variables, logic, functions, and control structures
Familiarity with web applications and basic understanding of how websites and applications work
Strong attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
A strong eagerness to learn, take direction, and grow within a team
Good communication skills and a collaborative, curious mindset
