This is a contract to hire position with a stable and established manufacturing company located in Clearwater/Largo area. There are openings on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. Please indicate your preferred shifts when applying.
Overview
We are seeking dedicated and skilled Production Workers to join our client's dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. The ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in an assembly line environment. This role involves operating various machinery and tools to fabricate and assemble products efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production equipment, including forklifts and power tools, ensuring optimal performance.
- Assemble components on the production line, following detailed specifications and safety protocols.
- Fabricate parts as required, utilizing hand tools and mechanical knowledge to achieve precise results.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards.
- Assist in warehouse operations, including inventory management and material handling.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a manufacturing facility or factory setting is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues.
- Experience working on an assembly line or similar production environment is advantageous.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods during shifts.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
