Job description

You will report directly to our Production Supervisor and you’ll work out of our Lansdale, PA location with an onsite work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the overall productivity and quality of our products, directly influencing customer satisfaction and operational excellence. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will help maintain our reputation for delivering high-quality solutions.

  • Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize assembly processes and improve efficiency.

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

  • At least five (5) years of experience in assembly or manufacturing environments.
  • Strong knowledge of assembly processes and quality control standards.
  • Proficiency in using hand tools and assembly equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
  • Experience with lean manufacturing principles and practices.
