The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise in core banking systems along with hands-on experience in configurations, integrations, and production support. Key Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Core Banking products including account types, schemes, charges, and limits
- Perform system setup, parameterization, and administrative activities within the Core Banking platform
- Support implementation of new banking products and enhancements
- Troubleshoot and resolve application, transaction, and integration issues
- Analyze database structures, validate data, and assist in root-cause analysis
- Develop and manage integrations with internal and external systems via APIs and web services
- Review technical documents and participate in UAT and production deployments
- Provide post-implementation and production support to ensure system stability
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Core Banking development, implementation, or support
- Strong understanding of banking products, processes, and transaction flows
- Hands-on experience with product configuration, account setup, and parameter management
- Solid experience with Oracle/SQL databases and troubleshooting
- Working knowledge of .NET/.NET Core and REST/SOAP APIs
- Familiarity with system integrations and messaging standards
