Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and developing a motivated team
- Communicate clear job expectations and hold team members accountable
- Support team development and foster a positive, collaborative environment
- Create and maintain a guest-first culture ensuring excellent service
- Ensure shifts are staffed to meet guest service goals efficiently
- Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy workplace by enforcing safety and sanitation guidelines
- Implement Brand standards, recipes, and operational systems consistently
- Prepare and execute action plans to improve productivity, quality, and guest satisfaction
- Review guest feedback and drive continuous improvements
- Control costs to maximize profitability and manage financial goals
- Execute marketing promotions, new product roll-outs, and team training
- Drive sales goals and track performance results
Desired Skills and Qualifications
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills
- Experience in restaurant, retail, or supervisory roles
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in math and financial management
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- At least 18 years of age (where applicable)
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team in a fast-paced environment
