The Role
The Mapletree Executive Programme (MEP) is an exciting career gateway into the real estate sector locally and overseas. It is designed to give you a thorough understanding of what makes Mapletree successful, and to equip you with the real estate knowledge that you will need to be part of that success.
Over 24 months, the MEP provides an immersive opportunity within Mapletree through up to two job rotations. You will build your knowledge and experience, be assigned challenging goals and responsibilities, enabling you to develop a meaningful understanding of how Mapletree works. You will be stimulated and encouraged to stretch your abilities.
Job Responsibilities
At the start of the programme, we will best match you with one of our Business/Corporate function teams according to your interest, experience and qualification. You will have an opportunity to rotate across the Group as part of your second rotation.
Job Requirements
• Master’s degree graduate with 4-7 years of working experience
• Passionate about the real estate business
• Highly motivated and demonstrate leadership qualities
• Resilience to take on challenging projects
• Ability to deal with ambiguity yet deliver results
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
• Willingness and readiness to undertake hands-on experience in different countries, functions and/or roles
• This role is required to be physically present at the workplace
