Description

North Eastern Services (NES) is looking for a Assistant House Manager to work at our Orem Office location.

About NES: Working at NES will give you the opportunity to assist adults with disabilities in their homes and in the community. It will be your responsibility to follow an individualized life-skills curriculum for our individuals as they progress towards independent living.

As a Assistant Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Planning, Supervising, and Participating in activities with the individuals at home or in the community.
  • Coaching, Mentoring, and Supporting Individuals with their goals to improve their knowledge, skills, and abilities.
  • Assist Individuals in maintaining a clean and orderly personal appearance and residence.
  • Provide proper supervision to individuals to ensure health, safety, and well-being.
  • Administer medications to individuals according to the Medication Administration Record (MAR)
  • Complete all daily documentation in a timely manner.
  • Assist individuals with meal planning and preparation.
  • Driving individuals to/from appointments
  • Overseeing staff and ensuring they receive the necessary training
  • ensure the individuals medical and financial needs are met.
  • Capable of communicating well in both verbal and written form
  • Ability to prioritize work
  • Conduct house meeting and attend manager meetings

Scheduling:

Assistants and Managers are scheduled for 40 hours per week within the following timeframes: Monday through Friday from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM, and weekends from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Schedules are consistent week to week, providing a stable and predictable work routine.

Requirements

. Must be 21 years or older

· Must be able to work full-time hours

· Must be able to pass a full criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening.

. Clean driving record for the last 3 years.

· Must have a valid driver’s license and social security card for background check

. Must meet company driving requirements.

Experience Preferred

Pay: 16.00 (DOE)
