Job Description:

Immediate need for an Assistant Project Manager with multifamily & steel frame experience for a commercial construction firm in Dallas, TX !

Qualifications:

Need to be experienced in Multifamily and mid/large scale commercial projects.

-Mixed use experience is a plus

-Steel Frame experience required 

-Knowledge of PM software (Procore, Bluebeam etc)

-Microsoft Excel/office

-3-5 year minimum experience 

-Bachelors degree Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related field

Additional Information:

Salary Ranges -Dependent upon experience

$70-90K (needed ASAP - multi million dollar multi family project recently started)
