Job Description:
This position will provide infrastructure and administrative support to the FedEx Enterprise Mobile Device Management(MDM) environment.  This person will manage multiple MDM Project initiatives, drive server upgrades, certificate renewals, mobile device management, mobile application deployments, and work collaboratively with the MDM team and the cross OpCo MDM partners. 

Under close supervision assists in creating cyber-intelligence solutions to prevent internal or external attacks or attempts to infiltrate company email, data, e-commerce and web-based systems. Assists in the support of technologies deployed across application, network/perimeter, data, endpoint, identity & access, and mobility domains.  Assists in the research of attempted or successful efforts to compromise systems security.  Assists in providing information to management regarding the negative impact on the business caused by theft, destruction, alteration or denial of access to information and systems.

Additional Job Description/Skills

  • Experience working corporate servers and systems 
  • Proven track record of learning new technologies and taking on responsibilities
  • Basic experience in scripting and programing. (Unix scripting, PowerShell scripting, REST/SOAP API)
  • Experience with Apple DEP and Android Enterprise platforms to manage mobile devices.
  • Excellent teamwork, organizational skills and time-management. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work with multiple teams and build relationships

This team member would be part of MDM team that supports the mobile software deployments and mobile infrastructure for FedEx that supports operational devices and knowledge worker devices worldwide. The team is based in Memphis, TN and Moon township, PA (Pittsburgh) and the team has flexibility to work-remotely based on business needs.

Knowledge/Skills Considered A Plus: 
  • Mobile Device Management experience in WorkspaceONE or similar platform
  • Mobile application security with Multi-Factor-Authentication
  • Mobile email management with O365
  • Linux servers and Windows servers management

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems and/or equivalent formal training or work experience.
