👋 What are our wishes?
Bachelor's degree or tertiary-level diploma/certificate in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
Recent graduate or up to 2 years of relevant experience in software development, application development, low-code/no-code platforms, or related fields.
Internship, academic project, or practical experience developing applications using Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint, .NET, or similar technologies is an advantage.
Basic understanding of software development principles, application lifecycle management, and object-oriented programming concepts.
Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot Studio, or Power Pages) through academic projects, internships, certifications, or self learning is desirable.
Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and apply technical concepts to solve business problems.
Technical Knowledge
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot Studio, and/or Power Pages.
Familiarity with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 services is desirable.
Basic programming knowledge in one or more languages such as C#, JavaScript, Python, or .NET technologies.
Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST APIs, JSON, and SQL is an advantage.
Basic understanding of relational databases and data management concepts.
Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) concepts and Agile methodologies.
Exposure to version control tools (e.g., Git or Azure DevOps) and CI/CD concepts is desirable.

About the Role: The Associate Business Analyst (Graduate) is a strategic initiative to modernize client’s operations by enabling staff to develop secure, efficient digital solutions on approved platforms, under clear governance. The program aims to build a digitally fluent workforce, streamline processes, and establish a foundation for scalable, AI-enabled innovation.
The Associate Solution Developer (Power Platform) is responsible for developing, coordinating, and architecting all activities related to the development of Power Platform, including integration with existing applications and third-party solutions, that support the client’s initiative. This includes identifying and troubleshooting any application issues, resolving or escalating them as needed. Additionally, She/he will assist in gathering requirements, building business cases, and estimating effort for enhancements of existing solutions. She/he will work closely with the Project Manager/ Team/Platform Lead and reports to designated senior International Staff and/or senior National Staff. We are seeking graduates who have demonstrated strong academic performance, including
High Distinction and Distinction level results, together with active involvement in university extracurricular activities. Scope of Work/Responsibilities
Communicate with clients to understand their needs and recommend solutions that meet those needs.
Estimate the costs and benefits of different solutions, including future enhancements, possible impacts on performance and security.
Design, implement and maintain solutions based on client needs.
Ensure all captured business requirements are translated and aligned with ITD’s technical solutions, product roadmap, backlog, and architecture.
Track client feedback to ensure satisfaction with the solution provided.
Lead delivery through Scaled Agile Framework, DevOps, CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery) testing, and deployment.
Work with development teams to create new solutions or improve existing ones.
Review all design issues and provide guidance to developers, support engineers, and administrators on fixing defects.
Perform other related duties assigned by supervisor.
Knowledge Management
Create documentation such as Requirements Definition Document (RDD), Solution Design Document (SDD), Security License to Operate (SLTO) or Transition Support and Maintenance Plan (TSMP).
Maintain platform and technical documentation. Continuous Improvement and Compliance
Identify opportunities for improvement in existing solutions and recommend enhancements to be implemented.
Analyze existing architectures to ensure solutions are in line with overall enterprise architecture, identify weaknesses and recommend improvements.
Perform system security assessments to ensure that solutions comply with the security framework and that data is safe from unauthorize access.
Ensure post deployment services are provided, at least for 12 months
Work Arrangement
The role requires onsite reporting five (5) days a week, unless otherwise advised or approved by the supervisor based on operational requirements.
Work schedule is from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Manila time
