  • Actively work toward maintaining a deep understanding of the Rancher portfolio and adjacent technologies like Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines.

Consultative Engineering:

  • Collaborate with customers and senior team members to implement and operationalize Rancher solutions.
  • Assist in documenting customer feature requests and use cases to help internal teams understand client needs.
  • Support technical deep dives and workshops to help users understand the value of Rancher solutions.
  • Build professional technical relationships with customer stakeholders and partners.
  • Assist in Continuous Integration (CI) pipelines for the automated deployment of highly available, mission-critical systems and Rancher products across integration, test, and operational environments.
  • Assist in development of reusable scripts and templates to build rapid development and test systems, ensuring consistent and repeatable environments for rapid prototyping.

Knowledge Sharing & Growth:

  • Contribute to the development of technical documentation, best practices, and knowledge sharing to support the wider RGS organization.
  • Participate in internal training and community engagement to stay current with industry trends.
  • Other duties as assigned.
