Associate - Electrical

• Strong expertise in building services engineering (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection).
• Proven project team and Project management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of sustainability standards and best practices.
• Proficiency in Electrical design softwares (Dialux, Dialxu EVO, Amtech, Hevacomp) and project management tools
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• The applicant should have adequate knowledge on various types of building projects.

Desired Skills 

• Excellent working knowledge of BS, HTM, NBC, NFPA and other local codes and good working knowledge of UK codes would be advantageous.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical engineering or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in building services, with at least 5 years in a leading major project delivery.
• Chartered Engineering Status with the UK Engineering Council.
