Element has an opportunity for an Associate Engineer to join our rapidly expanding team. As a member of the operations team, the Engineer position performs a variety of routine and non-routine testing assignments within the department assigned and insures timely and accurate test results under minimal direct supervision. The engineer position must be proficient in a number of core business and technical skills including but not limited to compliance to established safety rules, code of conduct, and company policies and procedures.
- Carry out both in-house and on-site calibration for Mechanical, Temperature, and Electrical equipment.
- Coordinate with customers to assess their needs and deliver appropriate testing and calibration solutions.
- Manage and maintain proper equipment records, ensuring all related administrative tasks are completed accurately.
- Supervise and perform scheduled preventive maintenance of laboratory equipment as assigned.
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
- Relevant experience in the calibration of electrical and electronic instruments.
- Possession of a valid Class 3 driving licence is an advantage.
- Positive working attitude with a proactive mindset.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
