Job Description:

Sutherland is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable person to join us as an Associate Manager - HR Shared Services. We are a group of driven and hard-working individuals. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Respond to complex employee and manager queries related to the employee lifecycle and post-separation
  • Lead and support HR operational activities, ensuring accurate and timely service delivery
  • Collaborate with HR teams (HRBPs, HRIS, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll) to resolve requests and escalations
  • Monitor team performance, workflows, and service levels, driving continuous improvement
  • Coach and support team members, sharing knowledge and best practices
  • Analyze reports and identify opportunities to improve HR processes
  • Support HR projects and perform additional tasks as required
  • Maintain employee records, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies and NDA

 

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • 3+ years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or people management role.
  • Strong knowledge of end-to-end HR processes, Bulgarian National Revenue Agency requirements, and statutory compliance.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and driven by a digital and continuous improvement mindset.
  • Strong stakeholder management, collaboration, and people leadership skills.
  • Experience managing the employee lifecycle and HR operations.
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with strong proficiency in Bulgarian and English.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure.
