Role Description

Hiring – Permanent
Location- Athens, Greece
- Extensive experience in Transact Retail Suite functional operations and configurations
- Deep understanding of retail banking processes and how they integrate with Temenos Transact modules
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed functional specifications
- Experience working with banking clients to gather requirements and provide domain specific solutions
- Familiarity with the end to end software development lifecycle preferably in an agile environment
- Strong knowledge of product setup line definitions and configuration within the Transact Retail Suite
- Capability to identify gaps between business requirements and system capabilities and recommend effective solutions
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure clear understanding and implementation of functional specifications
- Support testing teams by assisting in test case creation and validation of functional requirements
- Provide training and knowledge transfer sessions to business users and stakeholders
- Prepare and present status reports and updates to project managers and clients as needed
