We urgently require Customer Service Executive /Technical Support Executive for Inbound Voice Process…(Tech Support) in /US Shift 

Roles and Responsibilities:


Taking inbound calls with printer, router and antivirus issues from the customer. Diagnosing the issue and recommending the best plan to the customer. Selling technical support plan along with relevant software.



FRESHERS /DOMESTIC B P O CANDIDATES ARE NOT ALLOWED

Qualifications:

10+2

Additional Information:

1. Candidate with Excellent Communication Skill.
2. Candidate with at least 6 months experience in International Outbound can apply for Inbound Tech Process.
3. Support Process.
4. Candidate must know how to close their own call and must know how to close calls by taking payments through different gateways.
