Description

@Orchard LLC is seeking an experienced Program Analyst to support a highly visible NOAA National Ocean Service (NOS) program. The ideal candidate will have experience planning and coordinating meetings, conferences, and events. This position is contingent upon contract award.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and organize virtual and in-person meetings and logistics related to meetings and events.
  • Assist in drafting and distributing meeting agendas and materials for the events and conferences.
  • Prepare presentation materials and provide on-site support for executive leadership.
  • Edit and organize meeting minutes to distribute and post on the portal after each event.
  • Maintain the federal database by updating records after public meetings or membership changes.
  • Any additional duties assigned by the program leadership.
Requirements

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of project or program analysis experience.
  • NOAA and/or any NOAA-funded program experience is a preference.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills for engaging with diverse program staff.
  • Familiarity with the FACA Act is required.
