Automotive Service Technician

Job Summary:
Nissan Williamsburg is seeking a highly skilled Automotive Service Technician to join our team in Williamsburg, Virginia. As a commission only Technician, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of automotive services and repairs on various Nissan vehicles. This is a full-time role in the auto industry that requires dedication, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.

Compensation & Benefits:
This is a commission only role with a competitive hourly rate of $20 to $45, depending on experience and skills. Technicians will be paid semi-monthly and have the opportunity to earn additional compensation through commission on services performed. Responsibilities:
• Perform routine automotive maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements
• Diagnose and troubleshoot drivability, mechanical, and electrical issues on Nissan vehicles
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and provide recommendations for necessary repairs
• Use diagnostic equipment to accurately identify and repair vehicle issues
• Complete all repairs and services within established timelines while maintaining quality standards
• Document all services and repairs accurately and in a timely manner
• Continuously update knowledge and skills through training and professional development opportunities
• Ensure a safe and organized work environment at all times

Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an automotive service technician
• Must have knowledge and experience working on Nissan vehicles
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Basic computer skills and ability to use diagnostic equipment
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
