What You’ll Do
- Perform maintenance and repair work efficiently and to dealership standards
- Diagnose and repair systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and HVAC
- Use the latest diagnostic tools and OEM technology
- Work independently while collaborating with a skilled, supportive team
- Clearly document and communicate repairs
- Explain diagnoses and repairs in a customer-friendly manner
- Inspect and test new vehicles prior to delivery
- Maintain shop tools and equipment
- Participate in ongoing training to stay current with evolving technology
What You’ll Bring
- 2+ years previous automotive technician experience required
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and team-first mindset
- Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with shop equipment
- Vocational/technical training or certifications preferred
- Willingness to learn and grow with new technology
