Job description

Automotive Technician

We are looking for our next team member. We are a busy 8 bay shop in the Western Metro and are having a hard time keeping up with our workflow. We are looking for a self-motivated detail-orientated technician. In this role you’ll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of vehicles while delivering high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on various vehicle systems including engine, transmission, brakes, suspension, and electrical components.
  • Conduct routine services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and inspections
  • Use advanced diagnostic tools and software to identify mechanical and electrical issues
  • Clearly communicate findings and repair recommendations to service advisors or customers
  • Ensure all work meets safety standards and manufacturer specifications
  • Keep accurate records of services and repairs performed
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an automotive technician or mechanic
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle system and diagnostic procedures
  • Ability to use diagnostic equipment and tools effectively
  • ASE certification (preferred but not required)
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
  • Having a good attitude
