This is a remote position.

Job Title: Azure Cloud Engineer (PaaS | Terraform | DevOps | Entra ID) – FTE / Contract

Experience Required

  • 6–12+ years of overall IT experience

  • Strong hands-on experience in Azure Cloud Engineering


Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Azure Cloud Engineer to design, deploy, and manage cloud-native solutions on Azure. The role involves strong expertise in Azure PaaS services, DevOps automation, Terraform-based infrastructure, and identity management using Azure Entra (Azure AD).


Key Responsibilities

  • Deploy and manage Azure PaaS services:

    • Azure Data Factory (ADF), Web Apps, Function Apps, Logic Apps

    • API Management (APIM), Service Bus, Event Hub

    • Storage Accounts, Key Vault, Azure SQL

  • Administer Azure SaaS solutions:

    • Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint

  • Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform

  • Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps

  • Manage Azure Entra ID (Azure AD):

    • Security Groups, PIM, Identity Governance

    • Automate group and access management

  • Ensure security, compliance, and governance best practices

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across cloud, DevOps, and identity layers

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on cloud migration and transformation initiatives

  • Maintain proper documentation and knowledge sharing


Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong hands-on experience with Azure PaaS services

  • Expertise in Terraform (Azure infrastructure automation)

  • Strong experience with Azure DevOps (CI/CD pipelines)

  • Deep understanding of Azure Entra ID (Azure AD), PIM, Security Groups

  • Good knowledge of networking (DNS, firewalls, VNet concepts)

  • Understanding of cloud security, compliance, and governance

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

  • Scripting experience with Python / Bash / PowerShell


Nice to Have

  • Experience with Azure SaaS platforms:

    • Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint

  • Exposure to enterprise cloud migrations

  • Experience working in global delivery environments


Work Model

  • Employment Type: Full-Time / Contract

  • Location: PAN India

  • Work Mode: Remote / Hybrid

  • Overlap Requirement: Minimum 6 hours overlap with US business hours
