Job Summary

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Development Representative (SDR) with strong closing instincts and proven B2B sales experience. This is not just a lead generation role—you’ll be responsible for owning conversations, qualifying prospects, and confidently moving deals forward.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in outbound sales, knows how to handle objections, and can build trust quickly with business clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach)
  • Engage and qualify B2B leads, identifying decision-makers and business needs
  • Drive sales conversations forward with a strong focus on closing opportunities
  • Handle objections confidently and position solutions effectively
  • Book and/or close meetings with qualified prospects
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Collaborate with sales teams to refine outreach strategies and messaging
  • Consistently meet and exceed KPIs and revenue targets
